From the moment your child first enters our purpose built, state of the art, fully equipped nursery, you can be assured our fully committed and professional team of staff will provide them with a happy, loving, secure and stimulating environment in which every child steadily progresses and develops through the various stages of their formative years.

Playroom Facilities
Our beautifully furnished playrooms reflect the perfect learning environment that will enable your child to learn and develop through child-led play. Your child will be encouraged to be independent and provided with the freedom to choice from a wide range of resources and activities.
Education
Our areas within the playrooms focus on developing the curriculum, and provide the experience and outcomes to promote learning. We ensure that your child has the opportunity to develop literacy and numeracy skills as well as promoting their health and wellbeing.
Activities
Using a wide range of open ended resources covering all areas of your child’s learning, they will be challenged and stimulated gaining new experiences and skills.
Friendship
Your child will be encouraged to form positive relationships with their peers which plays a vital role in their social and emotional development, and promotes your child’s sense of their own identity.
Development
Your child will be encouraged to develop and learn at their own pace, and staff will take into account your child’s interests and learning style through regular consultation with your child.

My two and a half year old daughter has been attending Tiny Tots since she was 9 months old. It’s daunting leaving a child but the staff at Tiny Tots have always been great and really supportive of our parenting choices. They used our cloth nappies, baby wore her at our direction and gave her expressed breast milk bottles when I couldn’t come in to breast feed her. Our son will be joining her at Tiny Tots in the Autumn. Fantastic nursery.

Our Playrooms
Our playrooms are organised into 5 main rooms, taking into account the age and stage of the children. This includes our baby room 1, our baby room 2, our toddler room, our anti-pre room and our pre-school room. This allows us to meet the individual needs of your child and maintain the adult to child ratio set by the Care Standards. All age groups have an appointed Room Senior Practitioner and a team of practitioners. Your child will have their own key worker allocated who will oversee their care and development.

The ratio within our playroom is 1 staff member for every 3 children in attendance
Toddler Turtles | Toddler Room
The ratio within our playroom is 1 staff member for every 5 children in attendance.
Mighty Tigers | Pre-School
The ratio within our playroom is 1 staff member for every 8 children in attendance.
Your Children
We endeavour to ensure that your child is at the forefront of everything that we do! We aim to provide your child with a varied range of experiences to build on their knowledge and understanding of the world around them. Your child will have the opportunity to express their views and opinions and be involved in making decisions about their learning. An appointed key worker will work closely with your child as well as with you the parent to ensure the best possible outcomes are achieved, and their learning and progress is tracked on our online Learning Journals, giving you the freedom to keep up to date with this on a regular basis.
